SS33 Description

The SS33 features general-purpose Schottky   rectifiers with excellent efficiency and minimal power loss. High thermal performance and low electrical resistance are provided by the clip bonded leg structure. These rectifiers are suitable for applications like as freewheeling, secondary rectification, and reverse polarity protection.
